PROJECT: Construction Project Management

HIGHLIGHTS: This project consists of project management services for interior slab replacement and renovations for approximately 60 apartment units. Horgan is working in conjunction with on-site property management team to accommodate the turnover of units to coincide with relocation of existing tenants and new lease assignments. Horgan is acting as owner’s agent in performing administrative, supervisory, scheduling, coordination and communication functions.
