Nooter Construction Tenant Fit Out Printable Version

PROJECT: Approx. 20,000 square feet of office construction HIGHLIGHTS: Tenant improvement for Nooter Construction regional headquarters. Horgan’s team worked overtime and weekends to complete this project in time for tenant move-in deadline. The entire project was completed in 9 weeks, including complete overhaul of HVAC and electrical systems.

2nd floor Office Addition to Industrial Building Printable Version

PROJECT: Addition of offices to industrial building HIGHLIGHTS: Second floor was added to 1-story 20,000 sf industrial/flex building to house 5,000 sf of office space. Most of the materials were salvaged and reused from the Phase 1 selective demolition of the building.
